Draft Clark in 2008?

We've had a number of emails from people, asking us to revive the draft Clark effort for 2008. At this point, we have no plans to do so, at least in the near term, for the following reasons:

1) It's still very early, and we need a break

2) We suspect the General could use a break as well (hey, we know he's tough, but even God rested on the seventh day)

That being said, we certainly encourage anyone interested in any activist effort to get out there, get involved, and make a difference. So if you are interested in a Clark 08 effort, we'd suggest joining the Wesley Clark 2004 Yahoo group, and linking up with other like-minded folks. This group was a huge part of the 2004 effort, is run by truly classy folks, and still has some members actively talking about Clark and other campaign related issues.

Also, there is a new Clark 2008 group that recently launched, let by Drew Pritt, a class act himself, who worked for the Clark campaign in NH in 2004.
